KS2 SATs Boosters 

EASTER HOLIDAYS 2024
This year, I am focusing on just a few areas from the SATs that children historically struggle with. There is the option to book just individual sessions or attend them all. 

Each 60 minute session is £15

(See below for the option to sign up to all at a reduced cost).

Arithmetic Skills

Maths paper 1
Covering: long division, finding percentages and fractions of amounts, long multiplication and multiplying and dividing fractions.

Tuesday 2nd April
 5:15-6:15pm

Difficult Reasoning Skills 1

maths paper 2+3
Covering: reviewing and then applying the following topics to problems: ratio and proportion, fractions, decimals and percentages, and algebra.

Wednesday 3rd April
5:15-6:15pm

Difficult Reasoning Skills 2

maths paper 2+3
Covering: reviewing and then applying the following topics to problems: measurement, position and direction, statistics and properties of shapes (including angles)

Thursday 4th April
5:15-6:15pm

Inference Skills

reading paper
Covering: reviewing what inference is and how to best answer these questions

Tuesday 2nd April
6:30-7:30pm

Reading Skills

reading paper
Covering: retrieval specifics, author's use of language, vocabulary style questions

Thursday 4th April 
6:30-7:30pm

Difficult SPaG skills

spelling, punctuation and grammar paper 2
Covering: higher level punctuation, more challenging word classes (determiners, prepositions, adverbs which don't end in -ly), different verb forms.

6:30-7:30pm

If you would like to attend all 6 sessions, you can do so at a reduced cost of £80, saving you £10 in total.
